  Description: This course presents key information; covering office ergonomics, including medical disorders and awareness, workstation arrangement, environmental considerations, and medical disorder prevention practices. Additionally, the course covers ergonomic use of smart phones and tablets. This course is designed for general audiences. The goal of this course is to provide information that helps increase employee awareness and knowledge of office ergonomics and to further promote awareness and proper self-management practices.
