  Description: This course reviews regulations regarding Protected Health Information, or PHI, as it’s commonly referred to. Persons with access to PHI must abide by laws, regulations and organizational policies designed to safeguard and protect individually identifiable health information. In this training we will define what PHI is and outline specific ways to maintain its confidentiality, in electronic, paper, and verbal forms.
