  Description: This is the first of four Microsoft® Office foundational courses. These foundational courses aim to orient you to the major applications in Microsoft® Office while demonstrating the basics you need to know to get started. This course provides an overview of the common Microsoft® Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. We will look at the steps to open and close an Office application. The parts that make up the application window and its navigation will be explored. We will also take a look at the Office help feature you can use to access additional resources and support. To get the most out of this course, try taking pauses after learning something new, open an Office application, and practice the steps to accomplish different tasks.
