  Description: This second foundational course provides an overview of file management features available in Office 2010. Effectively managing files makes them easier to locate on your computer, helps in preventing loss of your work, and helps control how your files are accessed by others. This course will take you through a basic workflow to manage files as they are created, saved, printed and shared. We will spend a lot of time in the Backstage view, as this is where most file management commands are accessed. Along the way you will pick up some helpful tips and tricks to better manage your files.
