Description:
Since its inception in Los Angeles in 1983, Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) has become one of the most well-known and widespread crime prevention programs in the country. This course provides information about the program’s beginnings, as well as its current state. Is it an evidence-based approach for preventing substance abuse or dependence among adolescents?
