Description: This course has the following interviews: Joe Palombo, M.S.W., BCD, founder and Dean of the Institute for Clinical Social Work, discusses the role of theory for the practicing psychotherapist, stating that some theories are incompatible and that one really cannot be eclectic. Sid Grossberg, Ph.D., Social Work, BCD discusses counter-transference issues as they relate to Third Party payments. Gary Unruh, M.S.W., BCD, discusses the trend and demands for "Quality" in psychotherapeutic practice. Moshe Torem, M.D., presents his methods for ego-strengthening in individuals diagnosed with M.P.D. and describes how he handles the stress of listening to the painful stories and emotions that his patients describe.
