Description:
This course on Motivational Interviewing was designed for the learner to become familiar with the principles and grounding theory of Motivational interviewing. Through our conversation, exercises and watching some video, we will begin our process of understanding the basis for this method for discussing health behavior. Additionally, we will be trying to cultivate an appreciation for the Spirit of MI which refers to the essence of this non-judgmental, non-confrontational approach.
