Description: This course has the following interviews: Richard Schwartz, Ph.D., Marriage and Family Therapy, "M.P.D. and Systems" discusses his work with M.P.D.s using a systems method in which all the various "multiples" are viewed as part of the same system--like a family. Nancy Hornstein, M.D. "M.P.D. in Children" discusses the diagnosis and treatment of children with M.P.D., and the use of hospitalization. Moshe Torem, M.D. "Ego-strengthening in M.P.D." presents his methods for ego-strengthening in M.P.D.s and how he himself handles the stress of listening to the painful stories and emotions presented by his patients.
